Eventually the lockdown was given an end date and we were told that businesses would be opening as normal again in mid-June so things were going to go back to what was being called ‘the new normal’.
As time off work was coming to an end, I made use of the freedom to travel a bit further afield… I’d not been further than 5 miles from home for 2 months, so even going 15 miles to Skipton was an adventure !

Very strange to see Skipton so quiet on a lovely sunny day… and walking past the shops you wonder how many of them are going to reopen…
Still I did the Lab caches (from North to South) which put me at the right end of town for this ‘bonus’ cache.

I had parked for the labs outside the new post office and after having done the Southern four I used a bit of deduction to work out where the bonus cache must be, navigated to the bonus, found it easily enough then looked at the app again to find where the final plaque was… As if I hadn’t worked that one out already as well!

I hadn’t seen Angel78 since we came back from Wales in November, so we arranged to meet up in Matlock and go for a walk, just to spend sometime in company with a different person to those we were locked down with. On the way back I stopped off at Wentworth to do some Lab caches
